Damson Negroni

A fruity twist on the classic gin Negroni

20ml (2/3oz) 6 O’clock Damson Gin
20ml (2/3oz) Bramley & Gage Dry Vermouth
20ml (2/3oz) Aperol
3 dashes of Bitter Truth Orange Bitters

Stir down over ice and strain into an ice filled rocks glass; garnish with an orange wedge.
The additional orange bitters really add an extra depth to this drink.
