Damson, Pear & Ginger Fizz

Fruity & refreshing, this simple cocktail will brighten up any afternoon in the garden.

60ml (2oz) 6 O’clock Damson Gin
60ml (2oz) Pear (or cloudy apple) Juice
30ml (1oz) Stones Ginger Wine
20ml (1/3oz) Lime Juice
Soda Water

Shake in a Boston and strain into an ice-filled highball.
Top with soda and garnish with fresh lime or pear slices
