Damson & Vanilla Fizz

A light and delicate cocktail with a hint of sweet vanilla and cherry.

60ml (2oz) 6 O’clock Damson Gin
10ml (1/3oz) Maraschino Liqueur
20ml (2/3oz) Simple Syrup (1:1)
10ml (1/3oz) Lemon Juice
3 drops of Vanilla Extract
2/3 of an egg white

Shake hard over ice and double strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a twist of lemon zest.
