Elderflower Collins

A great introduction to the wonderful world of cocktails…
fragrant elderflower and fresh lemon are the perfect match for 6 O’clock Gin’s delicate flavours.

2 parts London Dry
1 part Elderflower Cordial (or Liqueur)
1 part Lemon Juice
Soda Water
Lemon to Garnish

Mix the gin, elderflower and lemon juice together in base of a tall glass. Once they are all combined, add ice and top up with soda water.
Stir through gently and garnish with a slice of lemon.
