Elderflower & Raspberry Fizz

A long and refreshing serve made with fresh raspberries and dry vermouth.
Perfect for sipping in the garden on a summer’s afternoon.

• 50ml 6 O’clock Elderflower Gin
• 6 -8 Fresh Raspberries
• 35ml Dry Vermouth
• 10ml Lime Juice
• 5 ml Gomme
• Soda

Muddle the raspberries in a tall glass, then add the gin, vermouth, lime juice and gomme.
Stir, add soda and ice, and stir again to combine.
Garnish with lime wheel and/or raspberries.
