The Hazy Orange Blossom

A simple ‘straight up’ cocktail, made with freshly squeezed orange juice and aromatised wine for a mellow, fruity flavour.

• 40ml Hazy Orange Gin
• 40ml Byrrh or other aromatised red wine
• 40ml Fresh Orange Juice

Double-shake all ingredients and fine strain into a chilled coupette glass.
Garnish with a twist of orange.
