The Bee’s Knees

A dainty little cocktail that pairs the smoothness of honey with tart lemon and the botanical complexity of 6 O’clock Gin.

2 parts London Dry
1 part Fresh Lemon Juice
1 teaspoons Honey

Shake the gin, lemon and honey in shaker, along with a handful of ice (you may find that a dash of hot water helps ‘loosen’ the honey).
Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass (the fancier the better!) and garnish with a piece of lemon peel or some (edible) flowers from your garden.
