The Hedgerow Royale

It’s easy to make, deliciously fruity and adds a splash of festive fizz to our 6 O’clock Sloe Gin.

30ml (1oz) 6 O’Clock Sloe Gin

30ml (1oz) Cherry Brandy of choice

 60ml (2oz) of Prosecco

Sprig of Rosemary (lightly bruise the leaves in your hand)

Fill coupe glass with crushed ice and pour over 2 ounces of Prosecco. Slowly pour 30ml (1oz) 6 O’Clock Sloe Gin & 30ml (1oz) of Cherry Brandy into the glass so that they sink to the bottom. Enjoy!!!
