The Southside

A wonderfully cool & refreshing cocktail with a delicate mint taste.
The perfect summer cocktail to make with 6 O’clock Gin.

2 parts London Dry
1 part Lemon Juice
1 part Sugar Syrup (or 1 teaspoon caster sugar)
1 handful Fresh Mint Leaves

Add all the ingredients into a Boston shaker, fill with ice and shake well.
Double strain into a chilled coupette glass, then garnish with a sprig of mint.
