6 O’clock Dog’s Nose

St Patrick’s Day doesn’t have to be all about the Guinness – sometimes it can be about Guinness and gin combined! Try a Dog’s Nose (so called because it’s black and wet) and give your toast to the Emerald Isle some kick!

Ingredients

50ml 6 O’clock Gin
250ml Guinness
Grated nutmeg to garnish

Instructions

Pour gin into a tumbler and top with Guinness.
Garnish with grated nutmeg – and that’s it!
