6 O’clock Mint Choc Chip
Ingredients
- 50ml 6 O’clock Gin
- 25ml single cream
- 2 scoops mint ice cream
- Handful chocolate curls, grated chocolate or chocolate chips
- Mint leaves to garnish
Method
- Blend the gin, cream and ice cream in an electric blender until well smooth.
- Serve in a coupe glass, garnish with fresh mint and chocolate curls.
