Ingredients 50ml 6 O’clock Gin 25ml single cream 2 scoops mint ice cream Handful chocolate curls, grated chocolate or chocolate chips Mint leaves to garnish Method Blend the gin, cream and ice cream in an electric blender until well smooth.
