Summer Serves – Brunel & Ginger
For those who are lucky enough to have a bottle of Brunel Edition already, here’s a great serve idea. Fill a highball with plenty of ice, add 3/4 slices of fresh ginger (a potato peeler works really well), top with ginger ale and stir with one quarter of a lemongrass stalk (give it a bash to release the flavours!). The firery kick of the fresh ginger plays off beautifully with the warm, aromatic spice notes of Brunel Edition and the lemongrass gives a lovely fragrant nose to this summery drink.
