Recipe Notes
Dates From: Some stories attribute the Whisky Mac to Colonel Macdonald, who devised it during the days of the British Raj in India.
Key Flavours: Complex and strong, the Whisky Mac is both a way of lengthening and sweetening a dram of whiskey while adding some delicious complimentary flavours. 6 O'clock Gin Brunel Edition's cardamom, cumin and nutmeg notes create the perfect pairing for the spicy ginger notes and make a drink that is perfect for sipping on a chilly winters' eve.
