Damson Negroni – 6 O'clock Gin

One of our most popular cocktails, this twist on the classic Negroni is made with our fantastically fruity Damson Gin, balanced with Dry Vermouth and Aperol. It's the Negroni for people that don't usually like a Negroni!

What you'll need

20ml Damson

Fantastically Fruity, our Damson gin is definitely something special.

How to mix it

Stir down over ice and strain into an ice filled rocks glass

Our Sloe gin is made in small batches using hand-picked, wild, hedgerow sloes. The intense fruit flavour of this traditional classic is achieved by using a high sloe to gin ratio, plenty of sugar, then patiently and slowly maturing for at least 6 months.
