What you'll need

2 parts London Dry

Strikingly smooth to taste and beautiful to behold in its iconic Bristol-blue glass bottle, our original, multi-award-winning London Dry was born in 2010, perfected from an old family gin recipe.

1 part Fresh Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Honey

How to mix it

Step 1

Shake the gin, lemon and sugar syrup in a shaker, along with a handful of ice (you may find that a dash of hot water helps ‘loosen’ the honey)

Step 2

Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass (the fancier the better!)

Step 3

Garnish with a piece of lemon peel or some (edible) flowers from your garden

Our Sloe gin is made in small batches using hand-picked, wild, hedgerow sloes. The intense fruit flavour of this traditional classic is achieved by using a high sloe to gin ratio, plenty of sugar, then patiently and slowly maturing for at least 6 months.
